顾 青，浙江省特级专家，二级教授，博导，浙江工商大学副校长、食品与生物工程学院院长，享受国务院特殊津贴。任浙江省食品微生物技术研究重点实验室主任，浙江省食品营养与功能性食品国际科技合作基地主任，功能食品制造浙江省工程实验室主任，浙江省食品安全专家委员会委员，中国食品科学技术学会益生菌分会常务理事，中国营养学会益生菌益生元与健康分会委员。入选国家百千万人才工程，国家级有突出贡献中青年专家，首批浙江省“万人计划”科技创新领军人才，浙江省“新世纪151人才工程”（重点层次），浙江省有突出贡献中青年专家，面向2035年国家中长期科技发展规划战略研究领域专家，国家国际科技合作专项评审专家。

   1992年毕业于浙江农业大学食品科学系，2005年获浙江大学生命科学学院分子遗传学博士学位，2005-2008年为浙江大学生物技术研究所博士后。2002年11月-2003年11月获DANIDA奖学金在丹麦技术大学（DTU）生物中心进行乳酸菌遗传和生理的合作研究，2003年1月-2003年2月于英国Cranfield大学生物技术学院进行合作研究。2009年1月-2009年12月作为访问教授在荷兰Utrecht University(UU)进行微生物抗菌肽研究。

   先后主持“十三五”国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目（联合）、国家国际科技合作专项、863计划、国家基金、浙江省重大科技攻关项目、浙江省基金重点项目、浙江省杰出青年基金等国家和省部级项目20多项，在JAFC、Food Chem、AMB等杂志发表论文100余篇，其中SCI收录50余篇，主编教材2部，著书2部（国外）。获国家科技进步奖二等奖1项（第一完成人）、浙江省科学技术进步奖一等奖1项（第一）、浙江省科学技术奖二等奖1项（第一）等科技奖项6项。
