王翀,男,1988年7月生,浙江平湖人,博士,副教授。2011年起就读于浙江大学生命科学研究院,主要从事免疫学、细胞生物学、生物化学和分子生物学相关研究,于2016年6月毕业并获理学博士学位,同年进入浙江工商大学工作,任职于食品与生物工程学院,参与承担《食品科技论文写作》、《食品免疫与技术》等本科教学工作。兼任中国农业工程学会农产品加工及贮藏工程分会第九届理事会理事,入选“西湖学者”拔尖人才培育对象。
迄今主持“十三五”国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金、浙江省重点研发课题等国家和省部级课题5项,近三年发表SCI论文20余篇,获中国商业联合会科学技术奖一等奖等。
