沈淑铃,女,副教授,硕士生导师。2017年获浙江大学博士学位,2018年入职浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院。承担《食品营养学》《食品贮藏与保鲜》等课程教学工作。主要研究方向为(1)植物源食品的贮藏保鲜机制研究及新技术研发;(2)果实芳香和色泽品质调控。迄今主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、浙江省自然科学基金青年项目各1项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目多项。指导学生获“挑战杯”大学生创业计划竞赛全国金奖及省级金奖、浙江省大学生生命科学竞赛三等奖等。
