沈淑铃,女,浙江杭州人,博士,硕士生导师。2017年博士毕业于浙江大学园艺系果树科学研究所,2018年加入浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院,主要研究方向为植物源食品的贮藏保鲜,果实芳香品质调控。主要参与《食品营养学》、《食品贮藏与保鲜》、《食品工业经济学》课程教学。
