郑振霄,男,1990年6月生,河南辉县人,博士。2013年6月毕业于宁波大学食品科学与工程专业,获工学学士学位,2019年6月毕业于浙江工商大学食品科学专业,获工学博士学位,同年7月留校任教。
研究方向:水产品加工与贮藏、水产功能因子等。
