韩佳润副研究员,硕士生导师

韩佳润,女,199212月生,辽宁沈阳人。大连工业大学食品科学与工程博士。20199月至202010月以国家公派联合培养博士的身份赴美国麻省大学食品科学系进行交流学习。20213起任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院,入选“西湖学者”优秀青年人才计划。

迄今主持“十四五”国家重点研发计划子课题、浙江省自然科学基金公益技术应用项目、浙江省高等教育“十四五”教学改革项目等国家和省部级课题4项,并参与国家自然科学面上项目、浙江省科技厅尖兵计划项目等多项国家、省部级项目。担任国际期刊Foods和Frontiers in Nutrition客座编辑累计发表国内外学术论文40余篇,其中以第一作者发表SCI论文18篇。
