卢延斌,博士、研究员,现任浙江工商大学海洋食品研究院常务副院长,国家海水鱼类技术研发分中心(杭州)副主任,浙江省水产品加工技术研究联合重点实验室主任助理,“戴志远全国劳模创新工作室”核心骨干,中国民主建国会会员。2000年获全国化学奥林匹克竞赛总决赛三等奖并免试保送入浙江大学进行本、硕、博学习,2009年6月获得浙江大学理学博士学位。2009年7月起在浙江工商大学任教。获评浙江省新世纪151人才,法国国家科学中心访问学者(导师:国际著名分离技术专家Alain Berthod教授),大连工业大学国家海洋食品工程技术研究中心访问学者(导师:朱蓓薇院士)。迄今先后主持“十四五”国家重点研发计划课题、“十三五”国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金、浙江省重大科技专项等国家和省部级及企业委托项目20余项。以第一作者或通讯作者在Ultrasonics Sonochemistry、Marine Drugs、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry、LWT、Algal Research等国际著名期刊发表 SCI 学术论文50余篇,申请/授权国家发明专利10余件,研究成果获中国商业联合会科进步一等奖、二等奖各一项。目前担任Food Innovative and Advances青年编委及十余本国际期刊审稿人,教育部学位中心、浙江、江苏、广东等省自然科学基金委员会评审专家。

(2)海洋功能活性成分高效制备与构效关系研究;
(3)海洋健康食品智能制造与品质调控。
