卢延斌,博士、研究员,现任浙江工商大学海洋食品研究院常务副院长,国家海水鱼类技术研发分中心(杭州)副主任,浙江省全省食品微生物与营养健康重点实验室副主任,“戴志远全国劳模创新工作室”核心骨干。2000年获全国化学奥林匹克竞赛总决赛三等奖并免试保送入浙江大学进行本、硕、博学习,2009年6月获得浙江大学理学博士学位。2009年7月起在浙江工商大学任教。获评浙江省新世纪151人才,法国国家科学中心访问学者(导师:国际著名分离技术专家Alain Berthod教授),大连工业大学国家海洋食品工程技术研究中心访问学者(导师:朱蓓薇院士)。
迄今先后主持“十四五”国家重点研发计划专项课题、“十三五”国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金、浙江省重大科技专项等国家和省部级及企业委托项目20余项。以第一作者或通讯作者在Bioresource Technology、Food Chemistry、Ultrasonics Sonochemistry、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、LWT等国际著名期刊发表 SCI 学术论文50余篇,申请/授权国家发明专利10余件,研究成果获中国商业联合会科进步一等奖、二等奖各一项。目前担任Food Innovative and Advances青年编委及十余本国际期刊审稿人,国家重点研发计划重点专项、国合专项、教育部学位中心、浙江、江苏、广东等省自然科学基金委员会评审专家。
