于平,男,1974年9月出生,山东诸城人,博士,教授,博士生导师。2003年毕业于浙江大学,获工学博士学位。英国Cranfield University和美国明尼苏达大学(University of Minnesota)高级访问学者,浙江省新世纪151人才工程培养人员,浙江省高校优秀青年教师资助计划入选者,校西湖学者。
主讲《生物化学》和《生物反应工程》等课程,主要从事食品生物技术、合成生物学与手性药物及其中间体的制备和食品质量与安全快速检测技术的研究。先后承担国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,浙江省自然科学基金4项,浙江省科技厅项目3项,杭州市科技局项目1项,杭州市农业发展基金1项,浙江省省教育厅重点项目1项,浙江省食品科学与工程重中之重一级学科建设项目2项。获教育部提名国家科技进步二等奖1项,浙江省科技进步奖3项,中国商业科技进步奖4项,浙江省高校优秀科研成果奖2项,授权国家发明专利8项。指导学生参加全国挑战杯科技竞赛获全国二等奖和浙江省特等奖, 以第一作者或通讯作者在国内外学术期刊上发表论文150余篇(他引2114次), 其中60余篇被SCI收录(国际顶级学术期刊论文2篇,TOP期刊论文22篇, Nature子刊论文1篇, IF>10.0的论文16篇, H指数28,G指数43),40余篇被EI收录,担任20多个国际学术期刊的特约审稿人。目前是浙江省生物化学与分子生物学会理事;浙江省食品学会理事;中国微生物学会会员;美国化学会会员;杭州市质量技术监督局食品安全风险防范专家;浙江省质量技术监督局保健食品评审专家;浙江省环境保护厅环境影响评价专家;浙江省环境保护厅清洁生产专家组成员;杭州市铁皮石斛专业委员会秘书长;杭州市食品药品监督管理局“十二五”规划专家组成员;担任期刊《Trends in Protein and Peptide Science》、《Journal of Food Biotechnology Research》、《International Journal of Molecular Biology and Molecular Imaging》、《Journal of Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry》、《International Journal of Nutrition and Food Sciences》、《Journal of Nutrition and Food Science Forecast》和《SF Journal of Biotechnology and Biomedical Engineering》编辑和期刊《Journal of Food, Agriculture and Environment》地区编辑;国家自然科学基金学科评议组专家,国家科技奖评委。指导的研究生获2016年度(1人)、2017年度(2人)、2018年度(1人)和2019年度(3人)国家奖学金。
