刘玮琳教授,博士生导师

刘玮琳,博士,英国国立食品研究所博士后,教授,博士生导师。新西兰梅西大学访问学者,江西省优秀硕士、博士毕业论文获得者。20136月博士毕业于南昌大学食品科学与工程专业,后任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院。

 浙江省杰出青年科学基金、浙江省育才工程项目获得者。获浙江省食品青年科技创新奖杰出青年奖、浙江工商大学我心目中的好导师提名奖、优秀教师、三育人先进个人、优秀班主任、优秀科技导师等荣誉。中国营养学会成员、浙江省食品学会理事、浙江省营养与保健食品专业委员会委员。国家级创新创业指导教师、浙江省生命科学竞赛优秀指导教师、浙江工商大学章乃器学院创新实验班导师以第一教师指导学生获得省级及以上挑战杯“互联网+”、生命科学竞赛奖项共17项,国家级项目10项。

主持国家自然科学基金项目(面上、青年)、浙江省自然科学基金项目(杰青、重点、公益、面上)、食品科学与技术国家重点实验室开放基金、浙江省现代食品安全与营养协同创新中心国际合作项目松下家电(中国)、伊利集团、蒙牛乳业等企业合作项目。研究成果以一作或通讯在国内外学术期刊发表论文58篇,含SCI论文48篇,ESI高被引论文3篇,申请国家发明专利13件,含授权9件;主编英文书籍1部、参编英文专著2部。担任食品领域国际著名期刊npj Sci Food, Adv Funct Mater, Compr Rev Food Sci FCrit Rev Food SciFood Hydrocolloid30余个杂志审稿人。国家自然科学基金等项目通讯评审专家。

 主要研究方向:

      1、具有特定功能的食品营养因子运载体系(如脂质体、水凝胶、乳液)的研制、体外消化行为、控释机理和生物利用性研究。

      2、精准设计食物结构以调控婴幼儿、老年人等特殊人群的胃肠道消化速率和营养素吸收利用。
