秦子涵,女,山东日照人,本硕分别毕业于中国海洋大学和中国农业大学,2018年3月于丹麦哥本哈根大学获得食品设计与消费者行为学博士学位。2018年6月起任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院。主要科学研究方向为食品感官与消费者科学、食品风味化学和农产品加工等。
