冯俊丽 女，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。2004年6月硕士毕业于浙江大学生命科学学院，2009年3月博士毕业于浙江大学生命科学学院，获微生物学专业博士学位。2004年7月至2014年3月在浙江理工大学生命科学学院工作，2014年4月起任职于浙江工商大学水产品加工研究所。

目前主要研究方向为（1）水产品综合利用及功能性食品研究；（2）水产品质量安全的分子检测。

近年来，先后主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金、国家质检总局科研计划项目，及浙江省教育厅科研项目多项，以第一作者或通讯作者发表相关研究论文十余篇，授权发明专利3项。
