一、访谈主题：Online face-to-face with world-leading food scientist -- Become a successful food scientist

为了促进我国青年科学家快速、健康成长，特别邀请国际著名食品科学家、麻省大学杰出教授、浙江工商大学兼职教授、首席科学家Davia Julian McClements教授以对话的形式开展线上面对面交流。访谈将围绕如何开展高水平食品科学前沿研究、成为一名成功高产的食品科学家这一主题，由参会者提出相关的问题或疑惑，McClements教授现场作答。

David Julian McClements is a Distinguished Professor at the University of Massachusetts, an Adjunct Professor at Zhejiang Gongshang University, and a Visiting Professor at the School of Public Health at Harvard University. He specializes in food biopolymers and colloids, with a special emphasis on using structural design principles to improve the quality, safety, shelf-life and nutrition of foods. He is the author of seven books, including “Food Nanotechnology” (2022), “Next-generation Plant-based Foods” (2022), “Future Foods: How Modern Science is Transforming the Way We Eat (2019), and over 1300 research papers, as well as numerous book chapters. He is currently the most highly cited author in food science and agriculture (H-index 170). Prof. McClements has received awards from the American Chemical Society, American Oil Chemists Society, Society of Chemical Industry (UK), International Union of Food Science and Technology, Institute of Food Technologists, Foss Scientific, and the University of Massachusetts in recognition of his scientific achievements. He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, American Chemical Society, and Institute of Food Technologists.

本次访谈将在浙江工商大学食品学院设线下报告厅，并线上向国内青年食品科学研究者开放。12月5日（周一）上午9:00开始扫码注册报名，因平台限流，这次访谈交流只能接受线上300人，额满为止（报名截止后参会信息将通过邮件发送）。

为了让访谈交流更具针对性，请每位参与者报名表中提前填写1-2个与访谈主题相关的问题。主持人将预先收集参会者高关注度的问题，并在会上交流。
