谷炎培博士

谷炎培,男,河南漯河人,博士。20226月毕业于浙江大学,获食品科学专业博士学位。20227月任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院,主要从事天然产物与功能食品、衰老及衰老相关疾病防治策略、细胞自噬与肠道稳态等领域的研究。
