丁城桥,男,浙江慈溪人,博士。2021年毕业于浙江大学生物系统工程与食品科学学院,获工学博士学位。2021年7月起任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院。
研究方向:
基于声学测振技术的农产品内部品质无损检测。
益生菌晶球成型与包埋技术研究。
