陈向峰,男,浙江金华人,2019年博士毕业于浙江大学动物科学学院动物科学系,同年进入浙江大学医学院脑科学与脑医学系进行博士后工作,2022年博士后出站并加入浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院,主要研究方向为益生菌及其代谢产物的功能和机制,以及植物源食品生物活性物质的分离纯化和功能分析。
