宋田源,1992年8月出生,工学博士,副研究员。2022年毕业于华南理工大学,获食品科学与工程博士学位。现任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院。特医食品及生物活性肽工作委员会专家委员。中国食品科学技术学会会员、中国营养学会会员。浙江省食品微生物技术研究重点实验室成员。浙江工商大学东海食品台州研究院成员。浙江省科技特派团队成员。在食品领域SCI期刊发表学术论文十余篇,Food and Health杂志青年编委,担任Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food & Function, International Journal of Food Engineering等学术期刊同行审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金、浙江省自然科学基金、海宁市协同创新项目等课题,参与广东省重点领域研发计划项目一项。
主要研究方向:生物活性肽的健康促进作用及其分子机理研究、食源性多肽化学及食品加工技术、特医食品及功能性食品开发。
