周青青,女,1992年12月生,杭州人。2022年1月毕业于浙江工商大学,获食品科学专业博士学位。2022年2月起任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院。主要从事乳酸菌细菌素的纯化与抗菌机制研究,乳酸菌及其代谢产物对肠道微生态的调控机制研究。
