王文洁,女,博士。2021年12月毕业于浙江大学,获海洋药物学博士学位,2019年3月至2021年3月期间在美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校Pr. Nancy P. Keller实验室联合培养两年。2022年3月起任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院,主要从事真菌在食品发酵过程中的应用、真菌毒素引起的食品安全问题、以及病原真菌对果蔬的侵染致腐与机理研究。
