黄建颖,女,博士,教授,博士生导师。曾先后在香港理工大学、美国犹他大学从事博士后研究,并曾在美国康涅狄格大学访学。2009年4月起任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院。承担了食品化学、有机化学等专业核心课程的教学任务。先后主持国家自然科学基金、浙江省重大科技专项、浙江省自然科学基金等项目20余项。已在国际和国内核心期刊发表论文80多篇,其中SCI论文60余篇,他引1000多次。
