王丽教授,硕士生导师

王丽,女,博士,教授,硕士生导师,校西湖学者。2005年毕业于厦门大学分析化学专业,同年获厦门大学理学博士学位。2011-2012年学校蓝天计划公派赴加拿大滑铁卢大学访学, 2016国家留学基金委公派至加拿大卡普顿大学访学。

       2005年10月起任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院,目前承担本科生《仪器分析》课程,以及研究生《现代仪器分析与实验技术》课程的教学任务。

       科研上长期专注于食品质量与安全方向的研究。主持完成国家自然科学基金2项,浙江省自然科学基金面上项目、浙江省科技厅公益计划项目等4项。与企业合作横向课题若干项。近几年在国内外知名期刊上,以第一作者或者通讯作者发表论文多篇。包括Chemical Communications; Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical;Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry;Langmuir; Food Chemistry; Microchimica Acta; Food Analytical Methods; LWT Food Science and Technology;Analytical letters; Journal of Chromatography & Separation Techniques;  传感技术学报;中国食品学报等。在水产学报、水产科学上与他人合作发表论文若干篇。

研究兴趣:

1) 食品品质与安全快速智能无损检测技术

2) 食品电化学、光化学传感检测技术

3) 食品纳米技术:基于纳米材料的检测技术、纳米酶杀菌、纳米微胶囊技术

4) 食品中活性氮与活性氯产生、抑制与利用

5) 食品中痕量药物残留以及物质成分分析技术:微量采样技术结合毛细管电泳、色质联用、离子色谱等检测技术
