宦晨副教授,硕士生导师

宦晨,男,江苏南通人,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。201812月毕业于南京农业大学获食品科学与工程博士学位。201610月至201810月在加拿大农业部-伦敦研究所学习两年。20191月入职浙江工商大学。2020年入选校西湖学者-青年优秀人才,2021年入选浙江省高校领军人才培养计划-青年优秀人才,迄今主持国家自然科学青年基金1(2020-2022)、面上项目1(2024-2027), 省属高校基本科研业务费人才发展专项1(2022-2024)

主要从事水果贮藏保鲜及品质调控研究,研究内容包括了猕猴桃采后酒精异味的抑制机理、桃果实低温冷害的抑制机理等方面。

以第一作者/通讯作者在“Postharvest Biology and Technology”“Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture”“LWT - Food Science and Technology”“Scientia Horticulturae”等期刊上发表论文20余篇。
