周涛教授,博士生导师

      周涛,男,1966年9月出生,浙江舟山人,博士,教授,博士生导师。1986年毕业于浙江师范大学,于2001年获浙江大学理博士学位。2002年1月 至2008年4月在英国伦敦大学国王学院药学系进行博士后研究工作,现为该校药物科学研究所访问高级研究员。2014年12月 至2015年5月在美国佐治亚大学食品科学与技术系进行访问研究。2008年5月起任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院。

      目前承担无机及分析化学、有机合成化学与路线设计策略、食品中的化学方法、功能性食品学等课程的教学任务。主要从事食品科学及药物化学方面的研究,先后承接国家自然科学基金、教育部留学回国人员启动基金、浙江省科技厅项目2项、浙江省自然科学基金2项及厅市级项目多项。主持完成的浙江省教育厅项目(鲐鱼功能食品开发研究)获省高校科研成果三等奖。在国际著名杂志Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Chemical Communications, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Biomacromolecules,Food and Bioprocess Technology, Dalton Transaction,European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, FEMS Microbiology Letters, Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry Letters 等国内外学术期刊上发表论文80多篇,其中60多篇被SCI收录。获授权国家发明专利7件。

      主要研究方向:藻类多糖、水产品中活性成分的结构、功能研究;水产品保鲜及机理研究;功能性食品;药物化学
