周涛,男,1966年9月出生,浙江舟山人,博士,教授,博士生导师。1986年毕业于浙江师范大学,于2001年获浙江大学理博士学位。2002年1月 至2008年4月在英国伦敦大学国王学院药学系进行博士后研究工作,现为该校药物科学研究所访问高级研究员。2014年12月 至2015年5月在美国佐治亚大学食品科学与技术系进行访问研究。2008年5月起任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院。
目前承担无机及分析化学、有机合成化学与路线设计策略、食品中的化学方法、功能性食品学等课程的教学任务。主要从事食品科学及药物化学方面的研究,先后承接国家自然科学基金、教育部留学回国人员启动基金、浙江省科技厅项目2项、浙江省自然科学基金2项及厅市级项目多项,参与国家和省部级重点研发项目多项。主持完成的浙江省教育厅项目(鲐鱼功能食品开发研究)获省高校科研成果三等奖。在国际著名杂志Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Chemical Communications, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food control, Food and Bioprocess Technology, Dalton Transaction,European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules 等国内外学术期刊上发表论文100多篇,其中70多篇被SCI收录。获授权国家发明专利15件。
